I
have enjoyed working with Renata
Stephens twice over the past year on separate
travel experiences to Brazil. Beginning in July
of 2005 she organized our Primedia Business Beef & Soybean
Tour to Brazil that took place in January 2006.
This tour consisted of travel for about 25
people from around the U.S. who experienced
two weeks of farming and ranching life
and recreational events while visiting
several regions of this wonderful South
American country.
Renata also arranged a trip that took
me and several friends and business associates
to the beautiful beach city of Rio de
Janeiro as well as the central regions
of the country. Again, the trip involved
both business and pleasure travel.
Renata’s level of skill and knowledge
in the tour travel business is only surpassed
by her sparkling personality and enthusiasm
for doing a first-rate job for her clients.
Our tours tend to be very complicated
– with a busy schedule of air and land
travel, specific site visits coupled
with recreational opportunities. Timing
of the detailed arrangements with local
tour guides are critical. At every juncture,
Renata is wonderful to work with – providing
expert hands-on travel advice while obtaining
reasonable rates with excellent accommodations.
I’ve worked with travel agents for many
years and have found no one that even
comes close to Renata’s ability to cheerfully
manage all aspects and demands of a tour.
Of course, Renata has an edge over most
tour and travel organizers with respect
to South American travel. As a native
Brazilian who speaks excellent English,
she’s able to not only provide all the
pre-travel details, she’s able and willing
to assist in itinerary changes that inevitably
arise once an individual or group lands
in a country. This is a very valuable
service that few travel agents will provide.
You can depend on Renata to come through
for you with personal service and dedication
to a flawless trip.
I would highly recommend Renata and Brazilian
Liaison for any South American travel
plans you may have! I’m using the services
of Brazilian Liaison for my next South
American adventure.

We met Renata during our soybean
tour of South America with KITT Travel in 2001.She
was our translator and tour guide in Campo Grande,
Brazil. Our group liked her very much, her English
is excellent, she is very knowledgeable with
the area and extremely friendly, helpful and
enjoyable. Our tour leader and owner of KITT
Travel Hans Kristensen was so impressed that
he asked her to work for his travel agency in
Minneapolis. This is how she came to the United
States.
We noticed that Renata has a large network
of family, friends and business associates. We were interested
in visiting the Pantanal region and asked her for some
information. The next night when all of us met for supper,
she brought us brochures and faxed information from travel
agents. We were delighted with her speedy information.
We have traveled to many countries and
we consider Renata our favorite guide.
